The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure moved to amend the resolution on page one, in the fourth Whereas clause, line ten, after the word “Crow” by inserting a comma;

And,

On page one, in the fourth Whereas clause, line eleven, by striking out the word “to” and inserting in lieu thereof a comma and the word “should”.
